Personal Injury Case Manager
Salary range: $55-62k bonuses, at least 1 year experience in a PI Case Manager/Paralegal role
Our client is a full-service, values-driven personal injury law firm specializing in automotive, motorcycle and commercial vehicle wreck cases on the plaintiff side.
They are actively seeking a Case Manager to join their team of accomplished lawyers. The ideal candidate will be able to manage several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases.
This is an onsite position reporting to their office in the Camelback East Village area.

Responsibilities
Must provide excellent customer service, comfort, and compassion to the client through the entire case process. Manage all aspects of personal injury caseload from onset to pre-suit negotiation, including property damage assistance, guiding clients through the medical treatment process, claims process, and providing detailed explanations and understanding to each stage of the process at the direction of the assigned attorney. Must communicate with the host and adverse insurance companies about all aspects of the personal injury case. Review and organize medical records. Continuous demand preparation.
Qualifications: Personal injury or insurance defense experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle stressful situations Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented and accustomed to meeting deadlines Organized with excellent time-management skills Resourceful and creative Flexible team player Willing to learn quickly Bilingual is a plus
