Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney - Garland TX
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Suit Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our client’s Texas team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 1 years of pre-suit personal injury experience who are passionate about advocating for clients, negotiating settlements, and excelling in Personal Injury Law.
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 (flexible over salary range based on experience or portable case load) Commission payout opportunities for cases brought into the firm (excluding PIP cases) Bar dues, CLE’s, and more

Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases. Work directly with clients to assess injuries and provide legal guidance. Draft demand packages, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with medical professionals. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents. Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel. Participate in statements and EUOs (Examinations Under Oath) as needed. Collaborate with experts from various disciplines for case preparation. Take new client calls on a rotating basis.
Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 1 years of plaintiff-side pre-suit personal injury experience. Strong skills in drafting demand packages, client intake, negotiations, and settlements. Excellent legal research and writing abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Location: Garland, TX (Fully Onsite – Not Remote).
