Responsibilities
Assisting attorneys with document review and preparation Conducting legal research using various resources Managing, organizing and tracking files physically and digitally through the firm’s management software Coordinating and scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances E-filing pleadings through applicable databases Proofreading legal documents for accuracy and completeness Skills desired: Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong comprehension, attention to detail and proofreading skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook) Ability to keep up with a very high volume of email traffic
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is commensurate with experience and benefits are offered. This role offers a competitive $55k-$60k Base Salary (flexible/negotiable DOE) Comprehensive health benefits 401k w/ match, and no billable hour requirement. Salary range is flexible based on years and experience,
