Location: Coralville, IA | Field-Based
Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 uncapped commission
1st Year OTE: $60,000–$70,000
2nd Year OTE: $80,000–$100,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Territory: Approximately 40-Mile Radius, NO OVERNIGHTS

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business throughout the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct sales appointments and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales process.
- Partner with the inside sales team to identify and develop leads.
- Consistently work toward sales and revenue-growth goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales or customer-service experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a local territory.
- Outside sales or business-development experience is a plus.
- CRM, networking, and social media experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within approximately 50 miles.
- Uncapped commission.
