Salary $40,000.00 /year based on experience
1st year OTE - $60-70k
2nd year OTE - $80-100k
Summary: As an Outside Sales Rep, you'll be responsible for engaging prospects, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales growth within your local territory. With support from our inside sales team, you'll focus on expanding our customer base through appointments, proposals, cold calls, and social networking. Your success will contribute directly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and solutions to our valued clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Ability to work independently and under pressure Proven sales or customer service experience Good comprehension and quick learning abilities Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in outside sales or business development Knowledge of our industry or similar markets Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Networking skills and social media proficiency Benefits:
