Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support a busy, deadline-driven team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining workflow efficiency, coordinating communication, managing scheduling, and ensuring critical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Job Responsibilities: Manage high-volume phone, email, and internal communications. Coordinate meetings, appointments, project timelines, and other time-sensitive activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation. Monitor workflow progress and assist in keeping projects and deliverables on schedule. Prepare, revise, and distribute documents and correspondence. Track outstanding items and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, or customer support role. Experience in the real estate, title, or related industry preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Close attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs. Experience working in a deadline-driven environment preferred.,
