Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $120,000 Base Bonus Potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Option for Fridays off if willing to work Saturdays)

Overview
Our client is a growing, patient-focused practice providing comprehensive women’s health and wellness care, including hormone optimization, medical weight management, and aesthetic wellness treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits focused on women’s health and wellness
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a focus on hormone optimization and preventative care
- Develop and manage treatment plans, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Administer or assist with IV therapy, peptides, semaglutide, and Botox injections (training may be available depending on experience)
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using Athena EMR
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and clinic efficiency
- Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in women’s health
- Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Knowledge of peptides, semaglutide, and medical weight management treatments
- Experience with Botox injections preferred
- Familiarity with Athena EMR strongly preferred
- Conversational Spanish preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
