An established and highly respected cardiology practice is seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a growing outpatient-focused team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong clinical support and outstanding long-term earning potential.
This position offers an excellent quality of life with no hospital duties, no call responsibilities, and a light outpatient schedule.
Position Highlights Outpatient-only practice No call responsibilities Flexible schedule: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM OR 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM Supervise experienced NP/PAs Advanced outpatient cardiac testing available, including PET scans Strong clinical and administrative support team Collegial and collaborative practice environment Compensation & Partnership Opportunity U.S. Citizen / Green Card Track $40,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance provided
Year 1
$350,000 base salary 20% profit sharing Guaranteed compensation not less than $600,000
Year 2
$350,000 base salary 25% profit sharing Guaranteed compensation not less than $650,000
Year 3
Partnership opportunity Potential earnings exceeding $1M annually with the same workload and no call J-1 Visa Sponsorship Track J-1 and H-1B sponsorship support provided Visa-related fees covered $30,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance provided
