Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 Annual Bonus

Seeking an experienced Long Term Care Executive Director to lead daily operations of a long-term care facility. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, financial performance, and high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the long-term care facility Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Prepare for surveys, inspections, and audits Collaborate with nursing, rehab, dietary, and support teams to coordinate care Communicate with residents and families to address concerns and maintain satisfaction Develop and manage facility budgets, revenue, and expenses Monitor operational performance and recommend service improvements Stay current on healthcare regulations and industry trends Lead, supervise, and support department managers and staff Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or Business Administration preferred Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required (or ability to obtain within one year)
Experience
5–7 years of leadership experience in a long-term care setting preferred Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards Proven leadership and team management skills Experience managing budgets and financial performance Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Skilled in Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems Ability to manage sensitive situations and resolve complaints professionally Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to respond calmly in high-pressure situations,
