Lead Business Systems Engineer (Full Stack Software Engineer)
Location: Onsite – South Elgin, Illinois
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of full-cycle software development experience, with a proven track record of owning and maintaining production systems independently
- Expertise in C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong experience working with Azure cloud platform, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Solid database design and query optimization skills
- Experience integrating with Shopify APIs or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a capacity to diagnose and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- High level of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of modern development frameworks and technologies
- Prior involvement in process improvements or workflow automation within operational environments
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- 5 years of hands-on experience developing and managing internal software systems, ideally within a fast-paced business environment

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to participate in occasional operational troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Must be able to work onsite in South Elgin, Illinois
Compensation
- Base salary $150,000 – $200,000, depending on experience
