Inside Sales Consultant – Luxury Travel

Base Salary: $65,000 Uncapped Commission
Our client is a global leader in private aviation and travel services, supporting high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and sports & entertainment organizations with tailored, end-to-end travel solutions. Their travel division focuses on coordinating premium experiences, including hotels, yachts, commercial flights, and exclusive events.
They are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join their Uniondale team. This is a phone-heavy, outbound sales role focused on building a client base and managing travel arrangements from initial outreach through completion.
Position Overview
This role is centered around prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building over the phone. You will develop your own book of business through outbound calls and digital outreach while also working warm leads and referrals from internal teams.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust quickly in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Proactively build a pipeline through cold calling, outreach, and lead generation Develop new business by identifying and targeting potential clients through research and internal resources Manage inbound and referred leads from internal jet and commercial brokerage teams Coordinate and sell travel arrangements including hotels, yachts, commercial flights, events, and excursions Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial outreach through completed travel Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management to drive repeat business Track activity, pipeline, and client interactions within CRM systems Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue targets Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or outbound sales roles Experience with cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation preferred Strong phone presence and communication skills Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-activity environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests simultaneously Interest in travel, hospitality, or luxury services Coachable, resilient, and motivated to build a long-term sales career Open to working onsite in Uniondale, NY Compensation & Benefits $65,000 base salary uncapped commission Clear career path with long-term advancement opportunities Full health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO package and paid holidays Structured onboarding and training program Why This Role
