Job Summary

This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys financial analysis, data reconciliation, and transforming large datasets into meaningful business insights.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position will play a critical role in revenue analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple entities. Jacksonville, FL area candidates are strongly preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze and reconcile high-volume revenue and billing data across multiple business entities Support forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and ad hoc financial analysis Develop financial models, including product pricing and margin analysis Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities within large, complex datasets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity Assist with financial integration efforts related to acquisitions Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for leadership Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Travel occasionally to Las Vegas, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related analytical role Strong experience working with large datasets, reconciliations, and financial reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other high-volume transaction environments Exposure to multi-entity organizations or acquisition-driven companies Familiarity with data visualization or AI-driven analytical tools
