This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting customer trials, product implementation, and ongoing technical service, with strong exposure to international business—particularly across Latin America.
What You’ll Do
Support the design, execution, and optimization of customer trials and ongoing product applications
Conduct wet stock and paper sheet testing at mill sites
Gather and analyze mill data to support product development and performance improvements
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable, on-site solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and operations teams
Deliver high-quality technical service and act as a trusted advisor to mill personnel
Contribute to continuous improvement of products and application processes
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, or a related technical field
Experience working independently in client-facing environments, ideally performing lab or field-based testing
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~50%)
Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
