Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, business-minded Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-paced, multi-franchise automotive group. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring strong business acumen, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and contribute to operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, understands business operations, and can serve as a trusted partner to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communication, scheduling, and priorities Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, travel, and events across multiple dealership locations Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level correspondence Assist with business operations, including tracking key metrics, compiling data, and supporting decision-making Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and personnel information Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements Organize and streamline administrative systems to improve efficiency Attend meetings when needed and provide follow-up, notes, and action items
Qualifications 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership Strong business acumen; experience in automotive, retail, or multi-location operations is a plus Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Preferred Experience Background in automotive dealerships or dealership groups Experience working with performance metrics, reporting, or operational data Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
