Job Responsibilities
- Generate referrals and grow territory business through relationship development and account management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare facilities
- Identify patients who may benefit from home infusion services and coordinate care transitions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans and support discharge planning efforts
- Educate referral sources on available infusion services and clinical capabilities
- Serve as a clinical resource between referral sources, patients, and internal care teams
- Manage territory activity, referral opportunities, and follow-up efforts
- Support patient onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home-based care
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 2 years of infusion healthcare experience required
- Sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or referral development experience preferred
- Experience working with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare facilities
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a territory
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
