Our client is seeking a dynamic Specialty Infusion Manager to lead Acute patient referral growth in the Oklahoma City area. You will serve as the face of our company in hospitals and clinics, driving market share expansion while collaborating with our clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care. Job Responsibilities: Referral Growth: Cultivate and manage relationships with key referral sources, specifically hospitals and clinics, to drive Acute patient volume. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to guarantee service excellence. Financial Performance: Achieve defined net revenue and EBITDA goals by executing strategic territory plans. Sales Excellence: Lead in-service presentations, participate in sales training, and represent the company brand in the field. Market Intelligence: Analyze territory performance, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to maintain our status as an industry leader. Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for customer service issues, ensuring rapid resolution and high client satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain precise records, including call logs and expense reporting, ensuring all sales activity is documented in real-time.
Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in business development and customer service. Minimum 2 years of experience in infusion services or a related healthcare field is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred (relevant work experience will be considered). Skills: Strong ability to sell healthcare services with a solid understanding of reimbursement policies. Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Core Competencies: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Confident, professional, and adept at conceptual communication with C-suite and hospital leadership.
