Electrician

Our client, a BBB-accredited HVAC and electrical services provider in Florida, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team in Winter Garden. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering consistent hours, strong benefits, and long-term growth potential through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Electrical Installation and Service

• Perform electrical work in accordance with NEC, local, and state codes
• Run and properly install rigid and flexible conduits
• Use electrical testing equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret electrical and HVAC drawings, blueprints, shop drawings, submittals, and wiring diagrams/schematics
• Accurately read and use measuring equipment
  
  

Operations and Safety

• Maintain a clean and organized service truck
• Adhere to safety procedures, environmental rules, and legal regulations
• Travel throughout Florida for extended periods as project needs require
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Work independently and with team members
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Show a desire to learn HVAC-related electrical and low voltage work and installations
  
  

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long or after-hours shifts as required
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• $28.00–$35.00 per hour
