My client is seeking a dynamic Consumables Portfolio Lead to take ownership of theirr $6M consumables segment and steer it toward $20M in annual revenue. In this high-visibility role, you will be the business owner responsible for crafting and executing innovative strategies across subscription models, repeat purchases, and promotional campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and have direct exposure to executive leadership and the CEO, making a tangible impact on our company’s growth and success.
Qualifications/Required Skills: 6–10 years of experience in DTC, e-commerce, product marketing, or category management, with a proven track record of revenue growth Deep analytical skills, especially interpreting SKU-level and cohort data to inform strategy Expertise in influencing promotional tactics, pricing strategies, and SKU prioritization Strong presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with executive leadership Proven cross-functional collaboration skills without direct authority Experience in consumables, supplements, wellness, beauty, or similar replenishment-driven categories is preferred Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, web operations, CRM, and customer experience teams Willingness to contribute in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with high-level executive interaction
