Customer & Supplier Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $24.00 – $26.44 per hour

Position Overview
The Planner, Customer/Supplier Coordinator role is responsible for supporting customers through efficient order processing, strong product knowledge, and responsive communication. This position also oversees inventory accuracy, stock levels, and material flow.
You will serve as a key link between customers, operations, and the supply chain team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary internal point of contact for customer inquiries and orders Respond to customer requests regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and product specifications Update customer forecasts in the ERP system on a weekly basis Perform data entry into BI systems for the Sales Department Create, enter, and manage sales orders within the ERP system Maintain import and outbound logs Proactively communicate with customers regarding delays and provide daily updates until resolution Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and professional communication Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries Send weekly order reports to production Monitor inventory levels and proactively address potential shortages Update and maintain departmental KPIs Maintain product data, part numbers, and inventory records within the ERP system Create and send customer invoices Process export documentation (commercial invoices and SLI) and act as the main point of contact with customers and carriers through pickup Answer phones as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Potential for international travel Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, inventory control, or a related field Strong communication and customer relationship management skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus, not required) QuickBooks experience is a plus Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of supply chain processes and distribution preferred,
