Job Summary: Our client is seeking an Account Manager to support a new book of business.
Job Responsibilities
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a proprietary insurance book of business for women’s healthcare MedSpa and medical malpractice clients, handling day-to-day service, renewals, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills with a client servant attitude mindset Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations Experience in insurance account management Proficiency in CRM software - Hawksoft Agency Management System knowledge is a plus Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must Ability to work independently and remotely Been a commercial insurance account manager for at least 2 years Currently must have an active insurance license in Property & Casualty
Compensation & Benefits
This role is 100% remote work from home with 10 days PTO.
