Our client is a manufacturer producing Acoustic and Thermal Solutions for OEMs across North America. They are searching for a Client Support Specialist to join their team ASAP!
Position Summary
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for managing existing customer relationships, supporting new business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales cycle. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing requests, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries, including requests for quotes and product information Support the sales process from initial contact through order fulfillment Provide customer service support as needed, including order processing and issue resolution Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and activity within internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred Prior experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service strongly preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Experience with ERP and CRM systems for quoting, order management, and customer data Strong numerical aptitude, including working with percentages, decimals, and basic calculations
Core Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong critical thinking abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office-based role within a manufacturing or operations setting Regular use of computers and standard office equipment May require standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) Occasional travel may be required for customer visits, meetings, or industry events Schedule Full-time position, primarily weekday hours Additional hours may be required based on business needs Exempt position Compensation $65-75k base salary (flexible/based on experience) Full comprehensive benefits,
