$65,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a full-time Civil Engineering Intern (EI) licensed in Florida to work in their Orlando and Kissimmee offices. The intern will support project managers in planning, permitting, and designing commercial and residential land development projects across Central Florida, contributing to all phases of construction site plans and permitting. The role may involve occasional travel to client meetings and project sites.
Job Responsibilities: Assist project managers with planning, permitting, and designing land development projects Support preparation of construction site plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D Help prepare due diligence and feasibility reports on properties of interest Coordinate with city and county agencies for permitting assistance Attend client meetings and visit project sites as needed
Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering Florida Engineering Intern (EI) license required Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask Team player with a positive attitude and critical thinking skills,
