Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our sales network. This role is focused on identifying new sales agents and distributors, cultivating strong partner relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within our customer and partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and thrives in a B2B environment—especially within the flooring or decorative building products industry.
Job Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and secure new sales agents and distributors to expand the company’s market presence. Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the existing partner and customer base. Act as the primary liaison for sales agents, distributors, and select key customers, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction. Manage the onboarding process for new sales partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams—including logistics, production, and customer service—to ensure smooth operations and communication flow between customers and departments. Follow up on inbound and referred leads, assist in pricing discussions within established guidelines, and provide product consultation to optimize configurations and combinations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to track interactions, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales coordination, key account support, or international customer service. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with confidence in working with data, reports, and performance metrics. Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred: Experience and/or relationships in B2B distribution of flooring or decorative building products, particularly those sold through lumberyards or similar distribution channels.
