Flat rate of $35-$55 (based on experience), plus benefits including 401(k) match, paid time off, OEM training, and a $200 boot allowance.

Our client is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Dealership Technician to join a long-standing, family-owned dealership group with over 100 years of service excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles while delivering an outstanding service experience. Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve reported vehicle problems efficiently Inspect and road test vehicles to identify issues Use diagnostic tools (e.g., motor analyzers, handheld computers) to determine malfunction causes Adjust, repair, or replace faulty components on light to medium-duty vehicles Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections Test systems after repair and adjust to manufacturer specifications Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor Communicate clearly with customers about current work and future needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure top-quality repairs
Qualifications: Ford and/or GM dealership experience required ACE certification preferred Diesel and transmission repair experience preferred Completion of relevant post-secondary training or coursework Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Strong communication and professional demeanor Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Must meet physical demands (e.g., lifting, standing, use of tools) Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
