Required Skills
Active Pennsylvania State Bar membership in good standing Juris Doctor degree 1-3 years of experience in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law Proven ability to review medical records and bureau documents Experience drafting compelling legal briefs Courtroom experience, including taking testimony and conducting trial depositions Strong legal research and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced setting
Nice To Have Skills
Experience with litigating both plaintiff and defense workers’ compensation cases Familiarity with legal software such as Litify Experience in medical and fact witness depositions Demonstrated success in case litigation, including motions and courtroom negotiations
Preferred Education And Experience
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution 2-5 years of legal experience, with 3 years specifically in workers’ compensation law Prior courtroom experience and depositions are highly desirable

Willingness to travel as needed for discoveries and court appearances Ability to handle medical claims review and analysis Commitment to teamwork and client service
