Salary Range: $160,000 – $220,000 (negotiable), commensurate with experience, education, and certifications

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Leadership & Business Development
Expand the firm’s presence in the Maryland region by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships
Lead pursuits and winning strategies for new projects in coordination with higher education leadership
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and project opportunities
Mentor and lead a high-performing team of architects, supporting design excellence, project delivery, and professional growth
Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and community stakeholders to enhance regional and industry reputation
Project & Design Leadership
Oversee large-scale architectural projects ranging from $10M to $50M, ensuring high-quality design and execution
Provide expert guidance in architectural design, graphic modeling, and technical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, integrated design solutions
Ensure projects meet client expectations, budget requirements, and regulatory standards
Team & Office Growth
Foster a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Recruit, develop, and retain top architectural talent
Align team strengths with strategic growth objectives to maximize productivity and impact
Nonessential Responsibilities

LEED AP accreditation and SCUP membership preferred
Proven track record of business development and securing new projects
Strong design and graphic modeling expertise (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
