We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive business development and referral growth for a rapidly expanding home infusion provider. This is a relationship-focused sales position calling on physician offices and specialty clinics to promote infusion therapy services.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives in an outside sales environment, and has established relationships within the healthcare community. You'll have the autonomy to build your territory while partnering closely with the local owner to continue expanding market share.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys developing long-term provider relationships, generating new referrals, and taking ownership of their territory.
Job Responsibilities: Develop new referral sources and grow business within your assigned territory. Call on physician offices, specialty clinics, and healthcare providers to promote infusion therapy services. Build strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, nurses, referral coordinators, and key decision-makers. Maintain a consistent schedule of in-person meetings and provider visits. Create and deliver customized presentations based on each practice's patient needs. Manage your sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts using CRM software. Stay informed on industry trends, reimbursement changes, and competitor activity. Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Consistently achieve and exceed territory growth and referral goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 years of successful Home Infusion and/or IVIG sales experience required. Experience selling into one or more of the following specialties: Gastroenterology (GI) Neurology Rheumatology Dermatology Immunology Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Existing provider relationships within the territory are highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership. Comfortable with regular local travel throughout the assigned territory. Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. About the Company:
