Salary
$160,000–$185,000 base salary (DOE). PTO is flexible and negotiable. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager with a strong background in home infusion pharmacy to oversee the daily operations of a growing infusion pharmacy in the Greater Macon, GA area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional patient care, managing pharmacy staff, and driving operational excellence. Job Responsibilities
Oversee all daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Manage the preparation, verification, and dispensing of home infusion medications. Ensure proper inventory management, storage, handling, and documentation of medications and supplies. Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff while fostering a positive team culture. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy. Provide medication therapy management, patient counseling, and education. Maintain accurate records and prepare for regulatory inspections and audits. Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement process improvements. Serve as the on-site pharmacy leader responsible for day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Active Pharmacist license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain). 5 years of home infusion pharmacy experience preferred. Previous Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy Supervisor, or Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
