You’ll work directly under a Senior Account Executive, learning the full sales cycle within a high-demand specialty healthcare market.
What You’ll Do Shadow a Senior Account Executive and learn the full sales cycle Participate in ride-alongs, provider meetings, and outreach efforts Research and identify referral sources across specialty practices Support calls, emails, and in-person visits to clinics Track activity and manage pipeline updates in CRM Learn infusion therapy services, payer dynamics, and referral workflows Help build relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and office managers What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field Recent graduate or early-career professional Strong interest in healthcare sales and business development Strong communication skills and coachable mindset Comfortable with outbound outreach and in-person engagement Ability to travel locally Must be located within one hour of Henderson, NV Compensation & Benefits Base salary performance-based commission growth Health, dental, vision, life insurance Short- and long-term disability 401(k) Vehicle allowance Laptop and phone provided Clear path to Account Executive This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to learn the healthcare sales industry from the ground up in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
