What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Gummy Production Operator – Supplement Manufacturing position at Crave?
$24/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Saturday
Crave Nutrition is a rapidly growing supplement company manufacturing premium creatine gummies, and we're looking for someone with previous gummy manufacturing experience to join our production team.
We're specifically looking for someone who has worked in commercial gummy production before—ideally with supplement, vitamin, nutraceutical, or functional gummies.
This is a hands-on production position. You'll work directly with our team manufacturing gummies and will be primarily involved in the cooking, batching, and depositing process.
We're not looking for a food scientist or formulation expert. We're looking for someone who has real experience making gummies in a production environment, understands the process, and can confidently help run production.
What We're Looking For1. Previous Gummy Manufacturing Experience
This is the most important requirement.
You should have previous hands-on experience manufacturing gummies commercially.
Experience with supplement, vitamin, nutraceutical, functional, or other high-solids gummies is strongly preferred.
2. Experience With Gummy Cooking & Batching
You should be familiar with the basic variables involved in producing gummies consistently, such as:
- Cooking and batching
- Temperature control
- Brix / solids
- pH and acid addition
- Ingredient incorporation
- Mixing
- Depositing
- Setting and drying
- Demolding
You don't need to be an expert in formulation chemistry, but you should understand the gummy manufacturing process and be comfortable working with these variables.
3. Ability to Run a Consistent Process
Our recipes and production procedures are already established.
We're looking for someone who can learn our specific process, follow it accurately, run batches consistently, and recognize when something doesn't look right.
You'll work alongside our existing production team and help us continue improving consistency and efficiency as we grow.
4. Reliable & Detail-Oriented
Consistency is extremely important in gummy manufacturing.
You need to show up on time, follow procedures carefully, accurately measure ingredients, monitor the cooking process, maintain production records, and pay attention to changes between batches.
5. Hands-On & Hardworking
We're still a growing manufacturing operation, so everyone helps wherever needed.
Although your primary focus will be gummy production, you should be comfortable helping with depositing, demolding, cleaning, preparing ingredients, moving materials, and other production tasks when necessary.
Typical Responsibilities
Your day may include preparing and weighing ingredients, cooking gummy batches, monitoring temperature and Brix, adding active ingredients, flavors, colors, and acids, operating mixing and depositing equipment, monitoring gummy consistency, assisting with drying and demolding, completing batch records, cleaning production equipment, and helping keep production running efficiently.
Preferred Experience
We're especially interested in candidates who have worked with:
- Supplement or vitamin gummies
- Nutraceutical manufacturing
- Pectin gummies
- High-active or high-solids gummies
- Commercial gummy cooking equipment
- Gummy depositing equipment
- GMP food or supplement manufacturing
Experience specifically with creatine gummies is a major plus, but not required.

8:00am–4:00pm
Full-time, consistent hours

The Opportunity
Crave is still early and growing quickly.
We're building out our manufacturing operation now and expect to expand significantly over the next 12–24 months.
We're looking for someone who already has gummy manufacturing experience and wants the opportunity to become an important part of a growing production operation.
Strong performers will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and potentially move into Production Lead, Gummy Production Lead, or other manufacturing leadership positions as we grow.
