Role Overview
This role requires a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record in pricing control, contract negotiation, value selling, and leadership of large, global teams. As the head of sales for CPI’s largest business unit, VP will be instrumental in shaping the go-to-market strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across all four core verticals.
- Develop value selling strategies and execute pricing strategy to ensure CPI value is consistently translated into profitability
- Lead strategic contract negotiations to position CPI Hardware as critical value-added business partner with key customers
- Align sales initiatives with strategic marketing, product development and operations to deliver cohesive market solutions
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships aligned with business strategies
- Oversee global customer support operations to ensure exceptional customer onboarding, delivery and satisfaction.
- Implement scalable support models and tools to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.
- Foster a customer-centric culture across all touchpoints.
Team & Organizational Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales and support organization.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10 years of senior sales leadership experience in hardware, technology, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success managing global markets and large-scale customer relationships.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, large contract negotiation, and sales operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience leading customer support organizations is a strong plus.
