Compensation: $150k to $195k annually

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Business Development & Sales to lead our National Sales, Investigative Consultants, Strategic Accounts, and Mortgage Sales teams to drive revenue growth across multiple divisions. This role is partly designed as a succession plan for our current SVP of Sales, who will be retiring in 18 - 24 months. The selected candidate will work closely with the SVP and CRO during this transition period to job shadow and gain deep insight into the role’s responsibilities, strategic priorities, and leadership expectations.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee all sales functions including National Sales, Investigative Consultant Sales, Mortgage Sales, and Strategic Accounts
- Lead annual forecasting for both net-new and existing business sales
- Aid/Assist in the development of 1, 5 and 10 year growth strategies
- Participate in the development and analysis of the annual sales budget
- Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing professional sales team
- Hold weekly/monthly meetings with the sales staff to incorporate various strategies within each territory/areas of responsibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Accounting, and Operations to meet client needs and support business growth
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies with executive leadership, leveraging technology where applicable
- Implement and continuously refine lead generation strategies, including but not limited to digital outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events
- Identify and penetrate new markets utilizing investigative staff and expertise
- Lead and participate in National Sales presentations and bi-weekly team calls
- Provide bi-weekly sales updates to the CEO, CRO, and SVP of Sales
- Aid/assist in the development of a future Board of Advisors (or equivalent) that may serve as table-setters for Frasco to develop further business relationships and a source of future revenue generation
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM to update the organization’s ability to track, and report on all sales pipelines, ensuring real-time visibility and informed decision-making for the entire sales team
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to design and deploy interactive dashboards, delivering executive leadership real-time transparency into the effectiveness of current sales strategies and enabling data-driven adjustments
- Develop professional sales training opportunities to be incorporated for the development of our current sales staff
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement
Market Analysis & Revenue Development
- Monitor current markets and analyze competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with the CRO, SVP of Sales, and Marketing to refine current product pricing strategies for competitiveness and profitability
- Oversee pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new services and segments
- Build and maintain executive-level strategic partnerships
- Execute targeted marketing and networking campaigns to attract prospective clients
- Identify and coordinate participation in relevant conferences and speaking engagements

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in an executive role with business development oversight
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Minimum 100/300/50 auto insurance
Salary : $150,000 - $195,000
