WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will optimize the planning, procurement, and movement of materials required to manufacture products at the Mt Prospect site.

The Supply Chain Manager will have a direct impact on our Operations group, responsible for:

• Managing the SIOP process and master scheduling for the site

• Managing the purchasing group to source and deliver material from our global supplier base

• Managing the inbound logistics and warehousing of material

• Managing the cycle count program to ensure accuracy of all material on-site

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You will bring a strong supply chain background with well demonstrated success in in leading multiple functions in the supply chain with dynamic critical thinking and a sense of urgency to drive the success of the manufacturing site.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in manufacturing, engineering or related field

• MBA preferred

• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management preferably in discrete manufacturing of electro-mechanical products

• Demonstrated expertise in the use of ERP systems and data analysis tools – Excel, PowerBI, SQL

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write or speak about complicated issues in a manner that will be understood by all levels of the organization

• Demonstrated work experience in a continuous improvement environment with the ability to identify root cause and corrective actions while developing processes to support associates in their work

• Independently motivated to achieve great results individually and for the business, with sense of urgency and initiative to drive difficult projects.

• Ability to travel up to 10%
