What are the responsibilities and job description for the LONG SEASONAL GROUNDSKEEPER, PUBLIC WORKS position at Cranberry Township?
The Public Works Department Grounds Maintenance Division is seeking applicants for seasonal staff to maintain the grounds within the Cranberry Township parks from approximately March through November at a starting rate of $15.25/hour. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, mowing, athletic field repair, and maintenance of the restrooms, playgrounds and pavilions. Applicants normally work 40 hours per week, but flexible scheduling is available. Some weekend work is required. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age. A valid driver's license is preferred. Applicants must obtain background clearances required under the Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law upon hire. Potential to earn PTO after working two seasons as a Long Seasonal Groundskeeper.
