Groundskeeper

Job Summary
Hudson Companies is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to help maintain the exterior appearance and cleanliness of our residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds, landscaping, and curb appeal
• Mow grass, trim edges, prune shrubs, apply mulch to landscape beds, and remove weeds
• Pick up trash and keep common areas clean and presentable
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, and common areas as needed
• Clean and maintain company vehicles (interior and exterior)
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and salting
• Monitor property for maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly
• Assist the maintenance team with basic exterior repairs when needed
• Ensure sidewalks, walkways, and parking areas are clean and safe

Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Experience operating lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers preferred
• Landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
