We are not looking for a traditional service advisor.
We are hiring a Service Operations Coordinator — someone who can control the flow of a fast-moving shop, manage multiple jobs at once, and ensure nothing gets stuck, missed, or delayed.
If you’ve worked in dispatch, logistics, fleet maintenance, manufacturing scheduling, or a high-volume service environment, this role will feel familiar.
What You’ll Own (This is not a passive role)
You are responsible for keeping the shop moving — at all times.
- Dispatch and prioritize repair orders based on technician skill and workload
- Track the status of every vehicle in the shop (nothing sits unnoticed)
- Follow up with technicians in real time — not at the end of the day
- Identify bottlenecks and solve them before they become problems
- Coordinate with parts, advisors, and management to keep workflow efficient
- Ensure work is completed in the right order, at the right time, by the right person
- Hold the standard on urgency, communication, and execution
