Crain Kia of Fayetteville is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who understands that great F&I performance comes from doing things the right way—taking care of the customer, maximizing every opportunity, maintaining strong lender relationships, and keeping deals clean and compliant.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive F&I experience preferred
- Proven ability to produce strong PVR and product penetration
- Strong lender relationships and understanding of deal structure
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and funding
- Strong understanding of compliance and ethical F&I practices
