Team members are required to maintain strict process and quality control metrics. Some tasks and requirements may include:
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong communications skills, organizational ability, and self-motivation are essential.
- Hands-on style with a willingness to work directly with others.
- Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Responsible for snow and trash removal
- Lawn maintenance duties as needed
- Janitorial responsibilities and other related tasks
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields with a strong mechanical background
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance is a plus
