Start Average Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00
Night Shift - 16% Premium - Monday through Thursday 5:00 pm to 5:30 am
PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered on the first day of the next month after hire, 401(K) after 6 months
Overview: As a Facilities Support team member at Keel Midwest, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility as well as general maintenance tasks as needed.
Job Functions:
- Cleaning walls, floors, equipment, or any other areas of the facility.
- Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining janitorial closets in an organized, safe manner.
- Dispose of waste.
- Manage coolant supplies and waste system.
- Sanitation of facilities.
- General maintenance of equipment, lighting, and other related areas of facilities and ground duties.
- Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor, and will be called upon to assist maintenance mechanics to maintain and repair equipment.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, sitting, bending, stooping, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without mechanical assistance.
Work Environment: Typical welding/fabrication shop floor, with fumes from welding and risk of eye flash. Welding helmets, eye protection, and ear protection are required along with safety toed boots. Exposure to debris/particulates, moving equipment, and high temperatures is frequent, and there is risk of sustain high temperatures depending on weather conditions.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basis knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
- Some basic understanding of tools and machines for more advance maintenance procedures.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, including labels on cleaning supplies.
- Needs to work independently of direct supervision, as well as part of cross-functional teams when needed.
- Good communication and task prioritization skills are essential as facility needs can change quickly.
