What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Saw Operator, 1st Shift, Full Time Wednesday- Saturday position at Craig Frames Inc.?
The Craig Frames team works to manufacture, assemble and package picture frames for retail orders shipped to customers across the US. Team members are required to maintain strict process and quality control metrics. Ideal candidates will possess a self-reliant work ethic, be able to maintain focus on required tasks, and work with other team members to meet daily production goals. Some tasks and requirements may include:
- Cutting parts to size.
- Accurately completing work orders.
- Meeting daily production goals.
- Individual quality control.
- Working with and collaborating with a team.
- Must be able to maintain production volume targets, fulfillment metrics, & quality control requirements.
- Must be able to meet schedules and production timelines.
- Must have good communications skills, be organization and self-reliant.
- Must possess a hands-on style with a willingness to work side-by-side with others.
- Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently work 40 hours per week.
