We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. This role offers hands-on work in various construction and home improvement projects. As a key member of our crew, you will contribute to building, repairing, and restoring structures with precision and efficiency.
Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, cabinetry, doors, siding, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Perform tasks such as framing, finishing, remodeling, and general labor
- Conduct drywall installation, caulking, and painting for various projects
- Assist with plumbing, electrical work, tile laying, and flooring installation
- Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Experience
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Pay: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour
