Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Auburn, WA.
Description:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Pick and pack orders using warehouse machinery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Inventory Control to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Track KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipments; implement improvements as needed.
- Communicate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
- 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and inventory systems.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) if required.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience in continuous improvement environments.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
