Patient Care Coordinator

Southbury Audiology, a privately-owned Audiology practice in Southbury, CT is seeking a Part Time Patient Care Coordinator, to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community for over 20 years and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Greeting/Welcoming patients as they come into the office
• Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
• Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
• Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
• Other tasks as assigned
  
  

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
• High School Diploma
• Business school or Associate degree preferred
