What You'll Do
- Administer 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plans.
- Perform compliance testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 402(g)).
- Prepare and review Form 5500 filings.
- Calculate employer contributions and vesting.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and participants.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
- 2 years of defined contribution plan administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan compliance.
- Experience with Form 5500s and annual testing.
- FTW experience preferred, not required; QKA designation is a plus.
