Location: 100% Remote

Salary: Up to $95,000 Comprehensive Benefits

We're seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator to manage a diverse caseload of both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plans. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll work directly with clients, oversee plans from start to finish, and continue to grow your technical expertise.

What You'll Do

• Administer Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans from A-Z.
• Perform annual compliance testing, valuations, and contribution calculations.
• Prepare and review Form 5500 and PBGC filings.
• Complete nondiscrimination testing and ensure ongoing ERISA and IRS compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and retirement plan guidance.
• Maintain accurate plan records and stay current on industry regulations.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 3 years of retirement plan administration experience with both DB and DC plans.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Experience preparing Form 5500s, compliance testing, and annual plan administration.
• FTW experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and client relationship skills.
