Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DC/DB Combo Plan Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of both defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) retirement plans for clients.

Job Description:
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DC/DB Combo Plan Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of both defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB) retirement plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure plans adhere to IRS and ERISA regulations.
- Prepare and file the required forms, such as Form 5500 and Form 1099-R.
- Monitor plan contribution limits and perform necessary testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), etc.).
- Review plan documents/SPD’s to consult with plan sponsors as needed.
- Collaborate with actuaries to ensure seamless plan administration.
- Benefit calculation, actuarial valuation, and nondiscrimination testing of DB plan experience not required.
