$65,000 - $100,000 Bonus

Duties:
- Develop paints and coatings in the Laboratory - this is new product development as well as improving existing products
- Support manufacturing
- Support Sales - most of their development projects come from sales where the chemists are asked to match competitor products in the marketplace
- Improve existing products and support customers having problems with these products
- 0-5% travel
