Store Manager

CPR Cell Phone Repair in Overland Park is accepting applicants for Store Manager position. This is a customer-facing position. You must have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience. Electronics repair experience is not necessary but is helpful. Micro Soldering experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate in repair. If you are interested in applying at CPR we would love to hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1 year in management is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

*Oversee daily store operations

*Ensuring efficient inventory management and control

*Supervise, train, and foster a positive team environment

*Implement strategies to drive sales and promote store offerings

*Making sure repairs and tasks are completed promptly

*Perform other tasks as required to ensure the successful operation of the store and its employees

Required Skills:

*Organization skills are a must

*Ability to manage a small team and work independently

*Solid verbal and written communication skills

*Resourceful and motivated with problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and help others

*Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers over the phone, via email, and in-store

*Exceptional customer service skills

*Ability to research repair techniques for new or uncommon devices

*Effectively and professionally handle customer complaints

*Consistently and accurately using the Point-Of-Sale (POS) system to enter, track, and close all client transactions

*Punctuality

*Passion for tech including mobile devices, computers, gaming systems, etc.

*Excellent near-field vision

*Excellent fine motor skills

*Attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

*Experience in electronics repair and diagnosis is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.

*Soldering experience is a plus

*Supervisory experience is a plus

*Computer software including o.s. installations, data recovery, virus removal, hard drive migration, especially experience with Apple computers.

*Gaming system repair, both software and hardware.
