We are seeking a REPAIR TECHNICIAN to join our team! You will be responsible for handling customers dearly valued personal mobile tech. If you are a natural “tinkerer” and have a gift for trouble shooting and fixing electronics we can train you in this extremely valuable life skill that will be a huge asset for years to come. Pay depends on skill level and as you reach top tier repair skills you will qualify for our monthly bonus as well as your hourly wage.
Responsibilities:
Trouble shoot and repair mobile devices
Respect customers private information and follow company rules to never snoop through customer’s data.
Efficiently handle workflow
Update repair status and notate tickets
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Resolve basic software issues
IT experience is a plus
Able to work weekends
Qualifications:
Works well in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not necessary
Previous experience in wireless is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot devices
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.0 – 60.0 per week
