Established in 2012 we are a locally owned franchise, CPR Niles is a local electronics repair shop specializing in iPhone, MacBook, Samsung, iPad, and computer repairs.
CPR Cell Phone Repair is hiring a Retail Sales / Repair Technician for its stores. Training will be supplied both formally at our corporate location and in person, at our stores, we will get you ready to repair a customer’s device.

Retail Sales Associate - Repair Technician Duties
- Assist retail and commercial customers in the purchase of cell phones, laptops, and accessories. (training provided)
- Maintain proper inventory by stocking and facing shelves.
- Add-on and upsell product.
- Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
Tech Duties
- Repair cell phones, tablets, laptops, and/or other devices as needed (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (store open: M-F 10-7, Sat 10-5, Sun 10-3)
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 3-6 months customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus; ability to inform, teach, and train
- Working conditions are typical for a retail environment
Compensation
- Hourly based wage with a flexible schedule
- Commission based on sales and repairs

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
